Each player may hold only one active jeebzz account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances. If you have accidentally opened more than one account, contact support immediately to resolve the situation before using either account.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jeebzz with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

2.4 If you do not accept any portion of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or use the Platform in any capacity. By registering, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. jeebzz operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to prevent access by minors.
3.2 Identity Verification. jeebzz may require you to provide documentary evidence of your identity, age, and payment method ownership at any stage of your relationship with the Platform. Acceptable documents include but are not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, and recent utility bill or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
3.3 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. jeebzz reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to void any bets placed or bonuses received across those Accounts. Real-money deposits minus any withdrawn amounts may be returned at the Platform's discretion.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your Account and must update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.
3.5 Geographic Restrictions. The Platform is operated for use by players in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jeebzz makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside its target market.
4.1 Login Credentials. You are responsible for keeping your username and password strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be responsible for all resulting transactions and consequences.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jeebzz immediately by contacting [email protected]. jeebzz will investigate all reports of unauthorised access and may suspend the Account during the investigation period to prevent further loss.
4.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remaining unfulfilled on the real-money component.
4.4 Account Closure by jeebzz. jeebzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, without prior notice, where it reasonably believes a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused any promotion, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players. Where an Account is closed by jeebzz due to a Player's breach, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be voided.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. jeebzz will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any dormancy fee or account-closure procedure is initiated. Any applicable dormancy terms will be communicated to you at the email address or mobile number registered to your Account.
5.1 jeebzz accepts deposits exclusively via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum single deposit is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account.
5.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or unverified payment sources are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and your Account being suspended.
5.3 jeebzz does not charge a fee for processing deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your payment provider.
5.4 Deposits are credited to your Account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeebzz does not accept or hold funds in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is handled at your payment provider's prevailing rate and is entirely outside the control of jeebzz.
5.5 jeebzz reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet used for the most recent deposit. jeebzz does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposit on the same Account.
6.2 A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 applies. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the minimum amount is accumulated in the Account balance.
6.3 jeebzz aims to process all withdrawal requests within one Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business day of the request being submitted, subject to identity verification being complete and no compliance hold being active on the Account.
6.4 jeebzz reserves the right to carry out additional identity or source-of-funds verification checks before processing any withdrawal. You agree to cooperate with such checks in a timely manner. Delays caused by a Player's failure to provide requested documentation are not the responsibility of jeebzz.
6.5 Only real-money funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from Bonus Funds after full satisfaction of the Wagering Requirement may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance, subject to any applicable maximum bonus win cap communicated at the time of the promotion.
7.1 jeebzz may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap on bonus-derived winnings.
7.2 Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses where this is not permitted will result in the secondary bonus being voided.
7.3 Bonuses are personal to the individual Player Account and may not be transferred, shared, or sold. Any attempt to transfer or sell bonus entitlements will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to Account suspension.
7.4 jeebzz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a Player is actively participating in good faith, reasonable efforts will be made to honour the Player's qualifying activities up to the point of withdrawal.
7.5 Players who are found to have opened multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, who use software or strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or who otherwise abuse the jeebzz bonus system will have all associated bonuses and bonus-derived winnings voided and their Accounts closed. jeebzz's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.
8.1 All bets placed on jeebzz are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, competition, and market type. These rules are available within the relevant sportsbook section and govern how bets are settled, how void events are handled, and how disputes are resolved.
8.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it may not be withdrawn, cancelled, or amended by the Player except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly made available for that specific bet and is currently active.
8.3 jeebzz reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price or as a result of a technical error. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account. jeebzz's decision to void a bet on grounds of pricing error is final.
8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the bet slip before a wager is confirmed. jeebzz reserves the right to alter individual betting limits without prior notice, including restricting maximum stakes on specific markets or for specific Players where warranted.
8.5 Suspicious Activity. Where jeebzz has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, insider information, or other integrity-related activity affecting a market, it reserves the right to suspend betting on that market, delay settlement, or void affected bets pending an investigation in cooperation with the relevant sporting authority.

14.3 jeebzz's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms limits jeebzz's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15.2 The version of these Terms in force at the time a bet is placed or a transaction is initiated shall govern that specific activity. For ongoing Account-level matters, the most recently published version of the Terms shall apply.
